Purchases from limited drops, special releases, and sale items are final. These pieces are produced in limited quantities and can't be restocked, so no returns, exchanges, or refunds on those orders.
For standard catalog items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Email us at info@koncrtbby.com with your order number and reason for return. Don't send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns won't be accepted. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is on the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, our call on what fits best.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. We're not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
