Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-demand drops or launches, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after fulfillment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. This may change in the future — follow us for updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KONCRTBBY is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact your local carrier first. For further assistance, email info@koncrtbby.com.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
