All Sales Final — Limited Drops

All purchases from limited drops, special releases, and sale items are final. These items are produced in limited quantities and cannot be restocked. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued on these orders.

Standard Items — 14-Day Return Window

For standard catalog items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Email info@koncrtbby.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@koncrtbby.com within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
